Through my personal fitness journey, I’ve felt what it’s like to feel lost and uncomfortable in my own skin.
I was stuck in the mindset that I drew the short string and that I would never feel confident within myself. I found myself in a vicious cycle of having to “start again” on Monday. My mindset and approach to my own health was extremely skewed, unhealthy and unsustainable.
Fast forward a few years, I found myself fascinated with the fitness world and fell in love with prioritising my mental and physical health. Creating goals, working hard and watching them unfold was a feeling unmatched.
After undergoing my own weight loss transformation, I not only understand the physical work that is required for change, but the mindset shift and mental strength required as well. My job as your coach is to pass on expert knowledge and years of previous training experience to get you to the best version of yourself, physically and mentally.
Working as a personal trainer on the Sunshine Coast and online, my driving force is empowering my clients to take their fitness to the next level, give them the push they didn’t know they needed and use education to redefine what it means to be fit and healthy. I am beyond lucky to be able to work with all kinds of people with all kinds of goals and concerns, and to dedicate myself to giving them the best chance of long term success.
